Convergio implemented the PI System into Aurelia's existing processes, enabling real-time collection of plant, assay, and operational data. The integration of the On-Stream Analyzer with both the PI and SCADA systems provided an unparalleled depth of insight into Aurelia's operations. This system fundamentally reshaped Aurelia's process improvement strategy, leading to increases in performance, yields, efficiency and value.

Newmont | Electrical Safety Dashboard

Convergio introduced the Electrical Safety Dashboard. This real-time platform indicates the presence and criticality of electrical hazards throughout the operation. The dashboard serves as an immediate reference point for safety, providing a visual, easily interpretable snapshot of the electrical safety landscape.

KCGM | Reagent Predictive Analytics

2022

Convergio developed the Reagent Predictive Analytics (RPA) system using PI Asset Framework. This system meticulously monitored reagent consumption patterns, forecasting the likely duration before a refill was necessary. PI Vision displayed this data, whilst proactive notifications were sent to stakeholders to flag upcoming refill needs in a timely manner.

Water Corporation WA | Operational Performance Reporting

Convergio designed and implemented the OPR system (Operational Performance Reporting) for Water Corporation. This innovative system streamlined the collection and swift validation of instrumentation data. OPR leverages robust workflow approval procedures and facilitates publishing to external systems of record to enable data-driven decisions for effective use of water assets.

Northern Star | Environmental Monitoring and Compliance

Convergio crafted the EMC (Environmental Monitoring and Compliance) system which provided real-time insights into wind patterns in PI Vision, aiding in eco-conscious operations. Additionally, the processing and sharing of environmental data was transitioned to the state-of-the-art, trustworthy EMC reporting platform.

Evolution Mining | Group Level Benchmarks

Convergio enabled real-time performance monitoring solutions at a group level. Comparative analysis of key performance indicators was achieved by streaming validated data from each site into a centralised corporate PI system, and consolidating it within the PI Asset Framework. This data was visualised in PI Vision, highlighting KPIs such as utilisation, throughput, and recovery across sites.

Convergio created custom-designed tools for Newmont which provided a comprehensive overview of their system performance in real time.
